About our 6 step process

Repairing your device with Device Hospital has never been more straightforward. With 6 easy steps, you'll find the process seamless, straightforward and completely transparent. So, where do you start?

Step1

Create a Device Hospital account or log into your existing account. Fill in the form, selecting the device type and repair service you need.

Step2

Generate a UPS shipping label. Pack your device securely and apply the label. Arrange a collection and your device will be shipped to us.

Step3

Device arrives at Device Hospital, it is inspected by an engineer. They diagnose the fault and send the repair price, we await approval.

Step4

You check to see if you are happy with the repair price. Payment can be made over our secure web service or via telephone.

Step5

Decline repairs are sent back via next day delivery. Accepted repairs are repaired, tested and sent back once we are happy with a successful repair.

Step6

Your device arrives back via UPS, ready to be used again. All our repairs come with a 3 month warranty. Happy Customer!
